These terms govern engagement with Melbourne Painting Group for all Painting services.
Service Agreement
Clients agree to the scope of work outlined in written estimates before Painting commences.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless prior arrangements are made in writing.
Project Changes
Any modifications to the Painting scope require a revised estimate and client approval.
Access Requirements
Clients must provide reasonable access to all areas requiring Painting services.
Warranty Information
We provide a satisfaction guarantee subject to proper surface maintenance after completion.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date.
Liability Limits
Melbourne Painting Group is not liable for delays caused by weather or client-supplied materials.
Intellectual Property
All designs and color recommendations remain the property of our organization until project completion.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be addressed through direct discussion with company management.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Acceptance of Terms
Use of services constitutes acceptance of all current terms and conditions.
